Chef Silvia Baldini will demonstrate how to prepare each dish using cookware and tools from Cook and Craft as she shares professional culinary tips. Analiese Paik will educate guests about the importance of sourcing high-quality, sustainable ingredients and share local food resources including retailers, farms and artisan food producers.
