Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dates pitted chopped roughly
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions
  1. Chop the dates and mix will the olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro, parsley and salt and pepper. If you want you can add a small amount of minced garlic.
